Hello Owner I would want to apply for A staff

Position:Co-Owner/Head-Admin/Admin/Op
Reason: First of all....I suck at building. I only give ideas to the good builders on the server. I Am strict at most times but sometimes I'm fun!
On my strict side...I ban GRIEFERS, Spammers, Scammers, Liars, People who spoke in Vulgar Words, And Loads more! When it comes to GRIEFERS l give them 2 chances. 1st is /kill if they argue=INSTA-BAN if dont=another chance. Spammers=3kicks then ban, Scammers=3kicks then ban. Liars....EX: Hey Someone griefed my house...(but they didn't griefed it) I will give them 3 chances first /kick second /kill if they argue=IPBAN. People who spoke in Vulgar words first a warning second /kill if they do it again IPBANNED but they can type it like this F**k if u don't agree it's ok. People who disrespect the staffs I will give them 5 chances 1-2chances are /kick 3-4 /kill 5...BANHAMMER!!! Onto my good side If there's 5-above players on ur server I will host a Drop Party, I will host Drop party's every 5hrs. I will also give quests, PVP MATCHES and PRANK WARS NOT GRIEF WARS BUT PRANK WARS! If players suggest any games, building contest and ores finding contest they will do /tell on me...IF you will accept me as ur staff
Do you grief: NO if I'm in creative mode I accidentally break blocks cuz I'm playing split touch mode...

Reason: To help the server run and get more popular! I always make people follow the server rules if they don't I may kick/warn them
I usually say 3 kick/warns = 1 IP ban For Example on my Server CoolCraft someone barely followed any rules! He spammed GRIEFED and everything! Though he really liked the server! I told him he could get banned! Then he always followed the rules!
Talents: Great at building all structures swords and mini games like the dropper or mazes and a PVP Areana! I try to build anything u put to me! I know most of the commands!

Down is owner on another server called PixleCraft

Im having phone issues and can't join any MCPE server Sorry...It's my IP of my phone that's the problem XD But he's right, is this server down alot?
