It now seems virtually impossible to explore the whole map in one day. Silverfish Mountain, The Enderman Skylights and The Skelly Caverns are all still in the works, the same goes for out most busy city Creeper Town. Keep up the good work guys! Biggest PE map I ever seen.
I made a surprise plugin that's actually quite funny. It changes all death statements to something else. We will be changing the spawn to the battle arena for just a short time because it seems people can never find it.
I had to remove PocketGuard to fix some error issues in it. So /pg command is temporarily disabled. If you want your chest locked it can still included in your home protection.

Gold Swords are now the strongest weapon in the game over diamond.
Gold Swords take 2 hearts a hit when someone is in full diamond armor, whereas someone with a diamond sword takes a heart and a half. If you're wearing no armor at all then the gold sword will kill you in one hit.
This balances the game out because the gold sword may be special and do good damage BUT don't forget it wears out MUCH faster and is a lot more rare than diamond.
This is nice because it makes gold useful in the game! Nobody even cares about gold, but this makes it special now.
Also working on introducing the chain armor that a person can win by a competition also making it the strongest armor on the server.
So this means to truly have max gear will be to have a full chain armor set with a gold sword. It's awesome.

I also made a new spawn egg that when broken gives you a starter kit. I did this by changing the drop table on a spawn egg.
Also when 0.9 comes out I will be fixing all the monster item drops to drop enchanted armor pieces at a very very low chance of drop rate.
All monsters and animals will have new items they drop from time to time and there will even be a happy hour where drops will increase to %50 for 1 hour.

I'm also trying to work on changing the crafting table into a shop that people can use to buy things they need or want.
Want an OP helmet? You just drop 12 diamonds in the table and receive a helmet, or anything else on the menu. Hopefully the crafting table interface is not client sided.
You know what's awesome? In Minecraft 0.9/1.4 I heard one of the devs say that crafting or other dealings will be all handled by the server instead of the client like it is now. This will also make it easier to ward off cheaters and give Minecraft more of a real online gaming experience.
The only way one can cheat is by spoofing the server via packet injection(I don't kno how that's even possible on a tablet) or taking advantage of a server glitch somehow.
I've always had the opinion that pocketmine servers should allow the server to handle the most important player data like trades, crafting, your amount of diamond or items. All of these things should be server sided or it pretty much defeats the purpose of playing when cheaters who can dupe so easily.
People keep asking about creative so here's a nice rundown for you. There's 3 levels of creative. Only 2 of which you can actually be.
Level 1.) Pay 9 diamonds to have an official builder or OP make a starter home for you. It will be good quality because it is being built from creative. Cons? An OP/Builder does it for you, but 9 diamonds is not bad for the huge head start you get.
Level 2.) Pay 64 diamonds and you get access to creative yourself. You can take your sweet time building the perfect home. You can log out safely and not feel rushed to finish your building. Cons? You can only be on creative each time an OP is there to keep an eye on things. You cannot give or use diamond, gold, iron or solid coal blocks. Not even ore. It's not fair to everyone else who has to struggle to survive as they see you drown in your pitiful and endless pit of gold and diamond. It's demoralizing and discouraging. No bedrock or TNT. Lava and water are fine since they are broken on pocketmine right now anyway, as long as you ONLY use them within your home limits. No building homes FOR people. Level 2 Creative is for you and your house ONLY.
Level 3.) Become an official builder on the server. This level has no OP watching over you and once in a while you can even give small gifts of diamond and gold if you feel like it. Now you can also help other people build their homes. You are pretty much completely free. Cons? Same restrictions as level 2 when it comes to the banned items like bedrock, tnt, etc. You also can't pay for this kind of creative. It's special. This means to get it you have to be trusted for a long time and be a real friend on the server.
You can easily get banned no matter what level of creative you have if you try taking gold and diamond from creative and switching over to survival to use those illegally obtained treasures to craft weapons and kill people. I hate that because it's a cowardly thing to do, unless I OK it for whatever reason.
If someone is alreading using creative before you get on then you "might" have to wait until they are finished if an OP doesn't feel like he can handle babysitting more than one in creative builder at a time, unless of course you're an official builder.
