Ummmm... That whole lot of numbers is your ip for your internet modem! So, I tried to make my own server once and I found the website: how to make your own mcpe server instructables (or something like that). Step 1. Go into settings and press on the wifi thingy, then memorise the name of your wifi modem and the numbers and dots (what ever it is called). Step 2. Go into safari and type in all those numbers and dots, there should be something asking you to login with your modem name and password (also, you should know your wifi password). Step 3. After you've logged in, it should give you your ip for your minecraft server. Step 4. Write down the mcpe server ip on a piece of paper, and then type it in your chosen mcpe world to make it a server (keep your normal port in where the port goes. E.g. my normal port is 19132). Step 5. Give your ip and port out to your friends or other people you want to join you (on LBSG (dunno about other servers) you can use /tell [chosen person/ player's name] [the port] [the ip] to tell only them privately or personally).
