Why you want to be staff: [font color=red]I want to be an OP/Admin because I love being able to help people when they need something, I want to be able to kick/ban rule breakers that ruin other players fun, and I am very helpfull and respectful and also I can offer the server is that I will greet every new member and help them out with anything (Besides spawning them items), I will try my best to keep everyone happy and keep the troublemakers out. I will plant sappling so theirs always wood to go around, fix anything griefed and stuff like that.
also I am honest, very straight forward.
I am responsible, I know not to abuse my power and follow all the rules given to me.
I am mature, I dont like to cus or swear.

For builders your job is to assist staff (and Owner and Co-Owner.)in building structures
For plugin developers your job is to make plugins and improve existing plugins on the server(Owner and staff will help but mostly Owner.)
For moderators your job is to make sure people follow the rules.
For Op/Admin your job is to test plugins and develop some plugin(And if you have a idea for a plugin tell me and make it.I'll test it on console.)

Server news my mom will buy a server when I'm 14 (I not far from I will be 13 in May 31 of this year and next I will be 14!) So get ready to put some ip on paper (I will get a job when I'm 16 and I will work to keep server online I'm learning html so I will make my eon site and you guy can donate too to help the server out.)I will have VIP rank all staff will be VIP(Which is testing to make sure it works and saying thank you.)
Feel free to use client mods (make sure there fair mods not mods like too many items but performance improving mods are allowed.)

How about when staffs thinks it's okay they can retire (then still have permissions of staff but can only be used as examples)the only thing you get when you retire is a prefix and permission changed to retired (retired staffs only job will to train new recruits or replacements.You will in summary pas your staff knowledge to new staff members)
