Can't get on the server...

Thanks for the new plugins, they'll be VERY useful someday
Also, the server is a little bit glitchy, for example, not able to tp, when I use certain commands I crash.
Other than that everything is WONDERFUL!!!!
This is my favorite server, minecraft isn't the same without it.

I'm sorry, but I think I know your problem, you've been spawning in the air. So you'll be stuck there unless there's a reset or something.

Why went I get into this server .Its ask me to register password.what was it mean

Today I join your server and a friend I juz made name is Robbie he help me build my house while he was offline I was adventuring the map and I saw a guy is trying to break the door then I go there I keep pressing the door then suddenly I was disconnected . I try and try but I was still disconnecting .

Why I got kicked because flying.im not flying
