Why I want to be staff member: Hey Josh, I want to become a staff member because I want to help the players in your server and make sure everything in your great server is going smoothly, nobody is breaking the rules, and to make sure eveyone is happy in the game. For the times I've been in this server I've seen lots of things that has been happening and I feel the need I am the person the to step in and fix those problems. The problems that been going on is griefing, cursing at each other, and hacking. This great server you have doesn't need all of that. No other staff members are really enforcing on what the players are doing. But if you give me this job I will enforce on what the players are doing and then report it to you so we know what the problem are, then later your server will be smooth and everyone is happy. I will also tell you the problems when the server is having like lags or things are not working. And Josh if you didn't know I'm a very fair player and don't make people sad or mad. I sometimes have success to calm players down. I know I can step in to be a very big part in your server.Trust me then you'll see the good results. This is the end of my application

Josh/staff another problem is that a player named HankHill has been hacking a staff members gamemode, from what the staff member had said to me. The player's gamemode that has been hacked is Z_Sword123456. He really wants that fixed and he get's mad a lot when he doesn't see his gamemode changed. Thank you for your time.

REASON I WANT TO BE AN ADMIN: I want to be an Admin because I want to help people and staff as much as I can. If I see someone break the rules I will handle it appropriately, not just banning them immediately I will give them a warning, than if he/she does it again I will kick, if he/she comes back again and does it more often I will ban that person. My goal of becoming an Admin is to make everyone happy, like helping them if they need to know the rules (but they shouldn't because the rules are on the board), or they need to know if the server is gonna be open tommorow, and also what to do if you want to be a staff/telling them if any spots are open. I will make everyone happy aswell as make them feel fair because people will kill people without permission and the one who got killed will be salty, so I will be on as much as I can and stop people doing that. I am also willing of giving ideas of what should be in the server or what should be the rewards if you vote. My ideas for rewards for voting should be adding coal like maybe 20 or so and decreasing the amount of diamonds when you vote, not 15 but maybe 6 diamonds for every vote and 10 iron and 10 gold, I say this so the server can have more votes, decreasing these amount will equal more people voting to get full diamond armor or iron armor. I will pledge to Josh I will not abuse these powers, I also pledge to the staff to be kind to them and help them as much as possible also regular players to.
