As for the co-owner thing, it should be somebody who is on just about everyday and for more than a few minutes, even more than once a day. Would be best if they replied here almost daily.
And it should be someone who was previously an admin/mod/builder, etc. Here.
I looked at the ranking list, and the only three users who fit the description are Dark_Phoenix, Ronan620, and myself. Haven't seen many posts in this thread from others, except Semies of course.

Admins are allowed to use mods that do not create an unfair advantage. Admins can use flying mod for spotting griefers.
