As an admin who was given the position, I would never accept someone else as an admin without an owner's permission. I will message you or another owner if somebody seems to be "worthy"
You will need Pocket tool and BlockLauncher or BlockLauncher Pro. You need to put the IP from the main post and patch it in using Pocket tool, then enter Block Launcher. enable "redirect mulriplayer" and put in your ip below that. There are turorials on these somewhere in the mods & tools section for MCPE

We don't want to make 7 or 8 year olds (no offense intended) admins, because they tend to, well, (again, no offense is intended), get mad and start griefing, spamming, rage quitting, etc. An honest age is all we need (in addition to a legit application).

If you're on iOS, you can join by patching ip (long way) with iMCPEdit or just downloading MCServer (not updated for 0.7.1) and putting ip in the settings.
