192.168... is a local IP. To have people connect to it use your external IP that you can find at whatismyip.com. You also need to portforward 19132. Try that and people can join your server!

reason I want to be staff: this looks like a very organized server but even though this server looks amazing there can always be room for improving, I will be able to start some big projects to make the server better.
why I should be staff: I have been playing minecraft for a few years now and I have a lot of experience, like I have been an admin on Titan.MC and I am currently working on My own server with parkour, pvp, pve, factions, survival, economy, and a new mmo adventure. I also am very good at building and have made many little mini games for me and my friends to play. I am on almost everyday so if I can be staff you will have admins on almost all the time monitoring the server. If I can be staff you will not regret it because I am familiar with all the plugins like world edit and simple warp and the owner of Titan.MC (the server I have op on) knows I am trust worthy
