This is the first server I've hosted before, and I could really use some outside help plz!!!!

The server IP is 192.168.0.100 and the port is 19132. Plz respond!

The server is up but I need some help with plugins. I don't know how to properly install them

Ok I already gave you the port and IP (external) to the server. I just need some help building and staffing. BTW sorry I botched up that last post, I'm using a phone to post this

I'm a mod on a server called Enderbros the owner thinks I'm very helpful so if you can make me admin or op that would be nice
