REASON- I have a lot of experience of being staff... So much that I even have a server myself. But I don't play on my server a lot because it really doesn't need watching. I have a bunch of staff so they can watch it. Where I'm going with this is that I WILL dedicate all my free time on your server. I will be a serious staff member taking part in every activity that is held. Especially PROTECTING your server from hackers/modders/griefers/bully's etc.
