Hey dude maybe look on youtube how to correctly port forward. And the ip is supposed to be external. You have to port forward the IP address. You haven't yet. The port is always 5 digits. If you have a 4 digit port then it's wrong. I made a server by watching youtube. You should try it. If you are too dumb to know what youtube is here is the link. www.youtube.com
