1. Start by fencing the place up, so you could map out the park in your head.
2. The next step matters by your park's size, if its small or medium make 2 entry ways, but if its a huge one you should make more.
3. Make a path between the entry ways, make the path with gravel or cobble, or you could make it with both of them.
4. Bonemeal the ground around the park, it's much more easier then planting flowers one by one.
5. put trees everywhere, but don't put too many. Don't put jungle trees.
6. Make some benches by having stairs with signs on the sides.
AND YOU HAVE A PARK!
