Not offending, but I dont see any reasons why people send their plugins to you not at the pocketmine official plugin repository.

I am a PocketMine-MP plugin developer. I hate it when people think that I love stupid admin positions. Being an admin is nothing compared to being a plugin developer.
I am also a main developer of BlockServer, a work-in-progress MCPE server software. You are welcome to download it, but it so far onlly spawns you in the upther (above the world). You can chat, though.

thats why im asking idk how to do that i have pocketmine but dunno how to get them
don't worry its easy just follow these steps
1. First go to PocketMine.net
2. Click the "Plugin" There you will see lots of plugins all of them works
3.Pick the Plugin u want for example: You click on PocketMoney Plugin beside the PocketMoney Theres something
That says Download Click on that and then it should take you to a download website like 4Shared or MediaFire
4.Go to your SdCard Find the Folder "DroidPocketMine" click that and then find the folder "Plugin" if you don't have that folder
Make one and name it "Plugins" then paste the plugin you downloaded on the Plugins Folder
5. Restart the Server.... Enjoy!!!
