Yes I did but change in properties too dude.i know 192.168 it's ip but I change the server ip and port too.it loaded as 192.168.0.13:19132

oh u forgot something that is your local ip if you want to know your real ip google up whats my ip and click the link and then when you found your ip make sure you port forward it. go to the url tab and type 192.168.0.13 and then login to your router you can find your username and password on the bottom of your router
and go to port forward selection and put 192.168.0.13 again and port:19132 and now click finish and turn it on

i would want to be a Mod/Spy.
im a really good spy or op because i catch griefers and spawn killers.
i'm a Head admin in 3 servers and i m a trust on 5 servers. i'm a really good builder as i create minecraft adventure maps. for being a spy,i can kill people who did something wrong as i been a spy in 1 server. this is my only chance to be a mod or a spy.(Hope you choose me as a spy.) i m a donater , a challenger and a fighter for people. I'm Quite new to minecraft but doesn't mean anything.You should know me from high school. I'm a helpful person to Noobs as i'm a girl. IGN: Laura1. Gender: Girl. Age:18. i hope you accept.

Experience: it doesn't matter how much experience i have, it's the fact that i am devoted to spreading the server, and mataining justice. If experience really is a criteria to be and admin or op, all i can say is i am an op in 8 servers, in which I am an co owner of 3.
I will take pride in my work, and help your server grow.
