Does any body live in pac pines by any chance because I can't get on servers and I'm wondering if its because I
can't connect to it because it is too far away or is it something else?

problem is.
It's something else. I am able to connect to servers in Korea from the United States. Either the server you are trying to connect to is down, or you put the wrong IP, or it is full. Trust me, you'll have to try a bunch of servers before you find one that works reliably.
