You shouldn't just add players as admin.According to a recent in november, tenta has gotten banned from his server twice for adding in players as admins, and he didn't even know them. Stated by Mojang (Twitter),"Putting players from the outside into the place of admin, chances are that half the time they are on, one could grief, ban, or a slight chance of hacking into the main console." As you know, the console is connected in a way to all admins/ops,like the mainframe computer of a data-base. Risking the chance by placing random players who want to be admin/op into that position could cause serious harm to the server, and even all your data. You are always taking a chance when putting someone into a position like that, and the player you are choosing may be someone who is a griefer, under disguise.To keep from these risks, you should place an admin/op form policy to fully understand a player's potential. Another tip I have after learning the config's information is that when you place someone under the position of op or admin, it will decrease your storage of the server, allowing a chance of high lag and data bugs. To keep these risks from reaching its full harm, do not place ANYONE under admin or opunless YOU know them very well, and that they are responsible for this postion.

Oh, and I experience some block drop lag kind of.. When I break wood blocks, some of them stays on the ground and i can't pick them up :(, anyone knows how to fix this?

ok sounds good ;p but, my server lagg really bad for now because pocketmine is in beta for 0.8.0 and my replacement pc is very crappy :/ but i'm gonna receive my new computer soon , so hopefully ot'll be better:) how do you want to contact? because i'm from Quebec(English is my second language)
