That's not how this work. Internal IPs are IPs your router assigns to devices connected to your wifi/internet connection directly. External IPs are for what others see out on the internet. For example, when you looked for your IP, google told you what it saw. This is basically an address to locate you. For example, I can see your IP is from the US and give by AT&T somewhere near by Vallejo, CA. This IP allows a series of Ports. These ports are closed by default so no one can see your info and such. Opening a port let's you send info into the web/internet. For example, this server. That's why you need to open your port.

The reason you cant join is not because your banned (which your not) its because the server isn't up yet. It will be up tomorrow. I have not seen anyone on the server yet so I couldn't of banned you. The server will start tomorrow hopefully.
