I am op, and I built the spleef arena, and hosted three rounds online just now, and I want to make a plugin that makes it easier to restart a round.

I unfortunately don't know how to attach pics...but I'm 15 almost 16 and I would like to say that im reliable. I won't grief or use my power inappropriatly (ie. not give people gold diamond ect.) Please consider me.
