He is asking for porting not for the server application.
I believe you made the post just for asking for op.
Anyway, Clarence, what is the manufacturer of your router?
Go to http://192.168.0.1 and login (if needed). On my home router (D-Link) there is a button "Manuel setup". Anyway, press buttons to navigate to "Advanced port forwarding rules" or any similar page. Then, there should be some slots to make porting rules. For public and private ports, type 19135 (or 19132 to 19135, but you better make them stay the same). Find your computers internal IP address, and type it. Type anything like "MinecraftServer" for port Name. For traffic type, IDK what pocketmine uses, so leave it to "Any". Then reboot the server. I think that would work.
Make sure you know what you are doing before putting it to action!

I can be found on Freenode IRC channels #pocketmine, #ModPEScripts, #LegendOfMCPE, #pmplugins or #BeaconMine.
I am a PocketMine-MP plugin developer. I hate it when people think that I love stupid admin positions. Being an admin is nothing compared to being a plugin developer.
I am also a main developer of BlockServer, a work-in-progress MCPE server software. You are welcome to download it, but it so far onlly spawns you in the upther (above the world). You can chat, though.
I do not own this server but I just love to put this banner here:
You can't log in? Look at the user manuel of the router or consult the manufacturer.
