Can I be a op or builder on your server? I'm a great builder and I don't grief. I can be on most of the day and can watch out for griefers and take actions accordingly based upon the severity of the action. I can also watch the forum and interview people for positions on the server to save you time. I will also answer questions that people post on the forum. I look forward to your response
