Its been over a year since my original server, XTRMcraft, shut down for good. Today I'm glad to announce plans to bring back the best light-RP Minecraft server!

The Premise:
Imagine a Minecraft MMO. It's not just about grinding monsters and gaining levels. It's about freedom of choice. You have the option to create towns, that grow into castles, even nations that wage war on other nations. You may choose to be a builder, trader, farmer, soldier, spy, nomad, or any other medieval profession you can think of.
We are building a server to grow a community based around a medieval setting with light RP. It is our goal to create a world that allows you to assume any role you desire, with game mechanics to support it. Once the server is setup, we will not interfere in the affairs of the players. You will be free to do whatever you like within the bounds of the Towny system.
We'll cover the costs and maintenance of the server, but we need some supporting staff and players to help us get off the ground.

We're looking for the following roles:
Kings - Two assertive individuals that can provide leadership and order to their realm. We would like you to be our first nation leaders, you will create the first towns and set the stage for the initial diplomatic climate.
Moderators - We're looking for mature individuals that can assist new players and moderate the chat.
Atmosphere Builders - Ancient ruins dot the landscape. Explorers seek forgotten crypts, temples, city ruins, even long lost treasures. We need talented builders to help construct interesting structures around our world.
Game Designers - We need help planning out the initial spawn area, how big the world should be, and how exactly we should configure the plugins.
Of course, we expect every player and staff member to submit their own ideas to make the server better.
The server is located on the west coast, in San Francisco. Players connecting from the east coast may or may not notice the extra latency. We will always do our best to reduce or eliminate any server-side lag.
