It's not working for me .the server

I have always have never been able to go on your server because it is always down when I go on .
I am very trustworthy
This is the first server I will ever mod/admin
I have never been banned
I am in the Australian time zone

Can I be admin I've been admin on 10 servers I own 3 servers I love to help stop greifers am my mcpe name is flamealchimist I am very good at building and I could make a PvP arena and hunger games world to you I also can help make plugins for the server

I would like to apply for admin because I've never been a mod or something like that so want to know what it feels like. I'm a master builder I've built a cave system in my personal world a sky place a cobblestone palace and a 100 feet pool and cloud high diving board. Yeah, it took a LONG time.
