Yeah i used this seed for my survival and it has some cool stuff,
Ex: Huge crater left from spawn (in survival mode). A few mountains. A small peice of lava found in one of the valleys. And plenty of resources (except cactus and sugar cane).
The seed is "BromanceFTW" without quotes, and note this seed IS case sensitive
And if i could help once the server is up i would take any rank!!!

Um,I think the difference between mod and admin is that admin is more powerful and has access to more commands (in my opinion)
