players cannot join my server?

Hello, I can't seem to get people to join my server because it says they are connected but I cannot see them in my game and they tell me they cannot join? Can anyone help me fix this please.

You just search it on google because portforwarding varies between routers

Hi, I did a port forward and it didn't work, people can join my lobby but can't join my game. Anyone know why please?
