Then my newly created MCPE Server List is for you!

It has features such as:

To submit your server on the list, just click the Add Server button at the top left. Enter your IP and Port, and the list will automatically query your server every 5 minutes to check its status.

That would be a great idea! Using a similar idea to blocklauncher to provide people with a similar experience to Pocket Realms without the cost! But that would mean cutting the money supply to Mojang

I was thinking of a webapp with a mobile theme. More compatible with both iOS and Android.

Added feature: The list now requires you to sign up and log in in order to add a server. The server will appear as if you are the owner of the server.

Yes. I think you need to be jail broken for this to work. Look in the Mod / Tools section and see if there are any programs. I don't use iOS so I have no idea how to connect on that platform.
