You need a app called pocket tool, once you get it, open it up, go to tool kit, then change server ip, enter the desired IP address, click patch IP. It should say Magic okay! then Done Patching. After that, you need to tap the in-app menu button, tap Apply Changes, then uninstall and reinstall minecraft. NOTE: THIS PROCEDURE WILL DELETE ALL YOUR SETTINGS ON MINECRAFT PE BUT IT WILL KEEP YOUR MAPS. Good enough for ya?
