About -
TechFantasyPE is a new online network, founded in 2016. TechFantasyPE has been pronounced as a limited liability company several weeks ago. As time goes on, were getting bigger and more organised. This is going to be out second recruitment phase and we expect great response.
Requirements -

Procedure -
If your application is marked as valid, You'll be sent a friend request on skype, discord or kik. You're obligated to send us required info for the staff rosters and it's necessary for obtaining your first rank. Other details and instructions will be explained afterwards.
Gaming Department -
Gaming Department is divided into three teams builder team, experimental team and the event committee:
Builder Team(OPEN)
Builder Team is the most valuable team in TechFantasyPE and hard-working individuals are often being rewarded. Team manages all the building in the server, as well as the owner.
Experimental Team(OPEN)
Experimental Team is our name for testers. these people are the first ones to try out and test new features of the server

Previous Experience: I have played on PC and PE. I have been on PC for a year and PE, I'd say pretty close to the beginning of the game. I have been a mod/admin on many servers and have built spawns and other related things for servers, too. I could run a server on my own if I had money, but I don't.... I have advanced knowledge of the game can communicate easily.
About Yourself: I am an experienced player and love the game and am not basic. Example: "Why do you want to do this", a lot of people put "I want to help the the place grow." I don't do that, everyone says that, so that's basic. I can do a Microsoft-tech-support impression rather swell and usually keep thyself. I try to rhyme but I just don't work.
Why Should You Be Accepted: I believe I am good for the server and players. I can address people about situations with no effort. I am a good builder and am good at tech support (I would also like to do). I think I am a good choice for this position.

How Would You Deal With A Spammer?
If there is a "/mute" command in my arsenal, I will use it. If not, warning, then a kick and then a ban will work, too. I will try a DM they ask politely for them to stop or else they will be kicked. If they don't listen, I'll kick. If they come back again and do it again, I will warn again and ban for a set time.
How Would You Deal With Abuse By A Member/Guest Of The Server?
I will treat it similar to a spammer but not exactly. First I will ask them nicely to stop nd if they don't I will warn&kick. If they do it again I will warn again and ban for a few hours and if they repeat I will repeat this process.
How Would You Deal With Abuse By A Staff Member Of The Server?
How Would You Deal With A Hacking Situation? If it is out if my control, I will contact and owner or co-owner, however, is on or I see first. If it is minor, I will warn them to stop or they will face my wrath. If they don't, I will ban them for a set time. If they come back and do it again, I will negotiate with an owner
What Permissions Do You Believe Your Position Should Have? I believe OP is good since with OP you get all commands unless a restriction is put on. I can make two more sentences with this answer.

Including multiple past experiences as administrator on some of the most popular servers. Like PigRaid and HeroesPE. I have also had the privilege of owning my own server for a year aswell.
About Yourself: My name is Devon and I am currently 15 years of age turning 16 in a couple days. I live in Chicago and some of my hobbies include playing basketball and airsofting. I have been playing Minecraft for a couple years and I have enjoyed it since the day I started playing. I also can code a few programming languages aswell such as: Java,Lua,CSS,HTML and PHP.
Why Should You Be Accepted: I believe I should be accepted because of my prior experiences and knowledge of the game Minecraft. I enjoy helping players and im good at it. I have played Minecraft for a couple years and have stuck with it through all of its patches and changes. How Would You Deal With A Spammer? I would simply give him a warning asking him politely to stop and if he continues to not take action towards his warning I would mute him and/or kick him from the server.

What Permissions Do You Believe Your Position Should Have? I believe we should have a limited version of OP limiting us from doing unneeded actions such as stopping the server or anything that could be taken advantage of to use to damage or cause destruction to the server. Those type of permissions should only be allowed to those you can trust and know wont do anything to hurt your server.

Why should we accept you?: I love Building and I have actually owned a server for about 3 months. I am quite mature for my age, I can be goofy at times but I can be extremely mature when I need to. Since I am Home schooled I'm very flexible to join the server at any time of day. Since I live in Florida, I'm inside alot becuase its hot outside and I don't go many places. I Don't own any social media but I put my email where the social media is. I think I'm fairly good at building and I practice alot. My best building style is Medival/Cabin builds. Which server hosting plan are you using? LEET, NetherBox (etc.)? I want to know what kind of service is it so then I can see if I know the commands before I apply.
