since all websites i found only worked with Pocket-MP or Java Edition I created a small website to check the online status und currently connected player count of a Bedrock Dedicated Server. (https://www.minecraft.net/de-de/download/server/bedrock/) .

Just enter your domain/ip, the default port is 19312. If you want to use a different one just add ":YourPort" at the end of your domain.
For this to work the Server needs to be accessable from the internet of course.
