making a biome is extremely complicated so biomes o plenty would be even worse. That many biomes would be to much for pocket edition and might crash on lower end devices.
Oh, as of right now i dont even know how to make biomes:) but i only know its very complicated. PS if u ever get time could you pm me a biome template. As of right now i only know how to make dimensions.

BUT... in native mods they are extremely possible and even way easier to understand. So, I would recommend that you look up how to make native mods and try making a biome in it! I have worked on a native biomes mod in the past and may continue it in the future.

Darkserver made something that generates custom surfaces, someone guy(forgot his name sorry) made a custom biomes mod in ~0.10, biomes are very difficult and laggy but not if you separate them a long way

I wouldn't add the biomes all in one update, I'll add the blocks in the first update, biomes would be a slow progress but would eventually get there
