Ive been trying to make a mod with several blocks but when i do, a lot of them have lava or water texture or have a bunch of different colored pixels on the top row.
This bug has to BL not seeing water and lava in the meta, because its mapped in a 32x32 area, rather than a 16x16 area, but this meta and tga should fix any issues you are having.

Will this work with the folder of pngs instead of changing the tga file?
If you use this tga and meta, then you can use folder pngs for textures.
