I just realised you already had them on the function newLevel so that's why the other ones work, there was only one missing.

You know that Player.addItemCreativeInv(...) shouldn´t be in a hook? (I think that Player.addItemCreativeInv(...) don´t works since 0.11.) And addItemInventory(...) only works in survival.
