Let's say I went into MCPE and I had only one map. Let's say I join the map and type the command '/map1 install 'http://www.mapinstall.com' Of course, the url would be either for dropbox or mediafire. Then if I go back to title, the map will show.
Basically, is there a way to install your map while playing using a command(No PC use)?
Is this a good idea and is it possible? I know it's not when it comes to ModPE, but I could pull it off.

Is there a way to detect when two entities collide or when they are standing in the same tile? Or maybe to exclude an entity when using Entity.getAll(); and the for-loop?
I want a mob to jump when is standing on the same tile as a dropped item (it may sound silly but you'll understand soon) but when I write things like setVelY or remove it affects both entities.
Also, can you use modpe scripts while playing multiplayer over local wifi? I guess both must have the mod installed but i'm not sure if it would work.

As for local WiFi, I have gotten a script to "work" over local, but its not 100% working. Also, for the person joining BL should disable the mod before they get on(unless it has changed recently)

Override it. Also, if you have a texture, you can change the GUI. You can override the current one...
