Use Dropbox, Mediafire or pCloud. This all are Cloud-services. Then you can make a folder of your Cloud open for everyone by creating a link. You just need to give the link to others and it's ready! (I prefer Dropbox, you maybe have to share the link in any way, just send yourself an e-mail. Others can use this link even if they didn't got the e-mail). I hope this answers your question!
