If I want to make an item that could tap water blocks,what code should i use?

I really need the code to finish my mod that ive been working for a month now...

With a ModPE script, I don't think that is possible. Only buckets can tap water.

You should probably put 2 instead of 1.1 detects the block directly above you.2 detects the block over the block directly above you.
