Unfortunately, Minecraft PE only gives lesser vacant item IDs that Thaumcraft actually needs. If a person is to port it, he/she would be either create a workaround for that problem or would create a version of lesser features than what Thaumcraft could actually give. I'd give a thousand stacks of dimes to see if someone could actually port this for Android. G'luck!

Um I figured out how in plant all the features into the mod I'm 60% done
