Hello guys, I need to make custom texture but I don't have knowledge about that

Only what I need to know now is:

1.can I change items-opaque size? If yes, do I have to change anything after I change the size?

2.will any pic work if I put it? Or some pics with good graphics will not work?

2: Any Pic will work, but it must be 16x16

But, another questions
1.after I make my texture how I can make it have an invisable background?
Cuz mine has white one
2.what is the max mcpe items ids? Does it have?

1: Make a new transparent 16x16 picture. Copy and paste your texture onto the transparent file. Cut the White background out, and then save the Photo as a .png.
2: The maximum ids are 511.
