So the other day i was playing the hunger games on Lifeboat and i was wondering how when you hit the sign you teleport to a new world and such.
I also started thinking is it possible to create a mod that allows this via singleplay.
For instance, is there a way to create a sign in minecraft that when hit teleports me to a different world. If so can anyone help create one.

P.S.
The reason why i want a mod like this is while making videos i'd like to start in my room then hit the sign and continue in the world i'm doing the series in.
