Hi guys i got my new phone.I will make more mods(not sure,but I'm not a good moder).I'm trying to learn how to create mobs.But how setRotationTexture works?

idk if is this but is to give a limited rotation to a part of mob like head.setRotationTexture.idk if is setRotationTexture sorry *-*
