You can use clutch t decrypt if you are jailbroken.

Because it would break the app stores terms and conditions, and it wouldn't get accepted anyways because apple doesn't allow apps to act outside themselves, meaning they can't edit or interact with other apps, in this case MCPE.
No fog 4.0 rev 3 crashes my game other 4.0 rev 3 mods work fine.
Plus I can't get multiplayer to work. And yes I have installed everything it required.

no you cannot. you have to jailbreak. 1-Becuase You Need ldone 2-You Need To Decrypt it To Install Mods 3-Jailbreak is Required To Install MCPEPatcher.

Sure he could, but you won't be able to download or install anything whit a none jailbroken device.
It's easy and safe to do and at the same time adds countless advantages, why would you not do it?
Plus I can't get multiplayer to work. And yes I have installed everything it required.
