Make boat mod

Could you make a mod for me that let's me spawn my baby chicken Yidriff? What I'm wanting is he is spawned with an easy to acquire item, he is a baby chicken that NEVER turns into an adult, I can't hurt him, he always follows ONLY the person who spawned him, he has blue eyes, and has a name tag above him that says Yidriff. Please and thank you.

How about a statue mod? Maybe similar to the one for PC minecraft? and a mask mod.

I need a keep inventory on death mod, I WILL use it in another mod (I can't figure it out, trust me, I tried hard).

Well, i got tons of ideas, look some:
SinglePlayerBukkit - Use plugins and that stuff in single player
Some building thing, like world edit...
or something like this.

Edit: Can you make non-forge mod? If you can, can they go to vanilla servers? If they can
can you make LoginSecurity mod for vanilla servers? Baisicly this mod just force players to do /register <pass> when they come to server first time, than, evry time when they come back, it force them to do /login <pass>.
