I have written this to help anyone who is new to mods, and to prevent conflict between newcomers and experienced players.
The Basics:
1. Almost all mods are unlocks, but recently mods can be created in other ways, such as .deb packages, which do not require decrypting.
2. If a mod is not present on any of the modders' pages, then it most likely is not updated. Please ask one of the modders for an updated version.
3. Mods for Pocket Edition are unlike those for PC. They cannot add in any drastic features that are not present within the game files. This is because the features must be coded in, and this is a difficult feat once the app is compiled.
Before Requesting a Mod:
Please ask yourself these questions:
1. Does this mod add any features which are not already present?
2. Have I ever seen this mod for another version?
3. If so, Is there an updated version?
4. Have I checked all of the modders' pages?
5. Is it for IOS or Android?

I wouldn't mind learning how mod for iOS, imagine a scouter, so when you click a button everything is see through, click it back to normal. Can you make me a. Tutorial Kivi?
