Could you make a script that gives infinite blocks in survival? Like infinite blocks that you've already have in inventory?

Ok so this is similar to the pokecube mod,can u make a cyndaquil npc mod to where its only him maybe spawn using an item,maybe he can follow u similar to pet mods mainly petplus? Btw,i think pokecube is coming out great

What about a mod that allows Zombies to not burn in daylight. Sounds possible to me but I wouldn't know.
