It is possible. Lunears made an iOS mod.
Its was basically impossible in 0.7.3, then mojang made it slightly easier from 0.7.4.
But still with so many changes that is why CodeHacker quit, and TreeBl left the forums to work on Modern Warfare 2 in Javascript. :/
You need an installer on treebl's (now locked) thread.
