I am sorry but that is impossible ..we can't change half of the blocks we would have to change them all...for example if you asked to change all of the stone but 50 into glowing obsidian....it would not be possible...again sorry
Its possible but the world would either have to be flat or the glowing obsidian would have to be flat and the dirt would be higher in some places than others
