I was just wondering, can anyone turn the NPC plugin to a mod so that we can have our own NPC in single player?

I dont think this is possible. it works on servers because it acts like a player joins the game.

The NPC Plugin I made? Well, maybe use the PocketMine-MP Port (i think it handles plugins). For Android. If you dont want to use a PC.
