because i think that if there was enough modders together, (Intyre, kivifreaks, toughcookie and
other modders i haven't mentioned)
Because if Minecraft - PC edition has redstone in it, and its very scripts in the game then i believe that is could be possible to port that data into MCPE.
And if you think that this is impossible then justify your reason below,
and if you just say a plain 'IMPOSSIBLE' below then actually try to see if it is
This would be faaaaaar to complex to add in a mod. Just be patient and wait for the devs to officially add it.
hey, you added sprinting-no libstubhook OR pc. So I would think again, with everyone together, this would work. People are just wanting to either write a mean comment, or just to tell them it's impossible. I totally agree with this post, it's just the people who dispise it.

This still doesnt change what i said. Redstone is an incredibly complex system that is completely impractical and impossible to add in a mod.
Also, yes, my sprinting mod was made before i made libstubhook. However, that mod is what inspired me to create libstubhook in the first place. A lot of the code i used in my sprinting mod is now in libstubhook. Also, my sprinting mod is a very simple mod. The most complex part is tracking touches and finding elapsed time in microseconds to determine whether or not the up button was double tapped. That entire mod is only 3 source code files, totaling just under 350 lines of code. To add redstone, it would be pushing 50,000 lines of code, and thats a very conservative estimate. Redstone WILL NOT be added as a mod.

Will you guys stop trying to say that codehacker can do it? If if he could, (I'm Sure he could if he wanted to spend the next 6 months working on it), then he would be working on it already. You obviously don't have very much coding experience if think it would be as simple as getting all of the people together and starting to code something like this.

Ever heard of TIME? It takes time, we all know it. But it's possible. Now that I second thought it, if you try to do 6 months of coding, then the update of redstone would be out already. I'm pretty shire it'll come in 8.0. I don't think There is time to make this.

Exactly, and I was saying he could do it if he took 6 months off to do it, but there would be no point. And I don't think it will come in 0.8.0.. more likely 0.9.0 or 1.0

Would it be possible to be able to mine it, and get redstone dust, but have no way to create anything with it?
WHO SAID THAT THE REDSTONE WAS NOT ALREADY SCRIPTED!!
It is very possible, in fact, it's simple coding.
Well, what if it isin't. And that it is already coded for you?

If it moves over 50,000 lines of code then it probably needs like 500 lines of code.

No one has to REWRITE THE ENTIRE CODE FOR mcpe.
C0deH4cker
doesnt need to write the code if it is already made for him...
