If he makes it for android, someone can have an idea of how to do it on ios. android mods have been ported in the past.
I think this would be possible on ios with libstubhook, but I am not sure because I haven't looked into it very much, and I am uncertain how flexible it is.

from what I've heard its extremely flexible and makes ios even more moddable then android includeing the ability to add new mobs and items into the game
Codehacker has the same/even more skill than 500sie but thats only because he works with ios plus the new library :)But you still have a point!

If so then you are in luck! These commands exist in vanilla Minecraft. AND HAVE EXISTED FOR A LONG TIME!
To give a player an item you use the command "/give <player name> <item ID> <quantity of items> <damage value of item>"
To teleport a player use this command "/tp <player to teleport> <player to teleport to>" or you can use this command to teleport a player to specific locations "/tp <player to teleport> <x> <y> <z>"

Its possible through pocketmine so it might be possible to make it for ios and andriod with commands like /gamemode /tp /give and more
