Is it possible for modders to make an HD texture pack fix for 32x and 64x texture packs? It would be cool to make

Wouldn't it just be a texture pack not a mod say I if you believe that iOS should get a texture pack intaller Cydia app

Wut.
You can just use winterboard. Only problem with that though, Lots of people don't know how a "Theme" would work.
