only inventory will change. It changes the level file. The chunks file had the terrain. Entities has the mobs. The only problem I have had with this is it might change map name but that's no big deal

Also there is one complaint, when I change the lvl.zip, it changes it from creative to survival, im not sure if it does it for survival yet.

One other thing, if i have (for example) half of my invintory filled with diamond picaxes, and thats all i have, will it get rid of them or would it keep them?
It'll get rid of them but depending on what pack you use you will probably get quite a few diamond pick axes. Or you can make a copy of your old files and put them into a different folder you can paste them in later

I put my items in a chest, then do a certain pack and then i come back and its all still there, builds and everything.
